Stacey Lynn Style strives
to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience
for all of our customers. We realize that online purchases are not
always what you expect when your receive them. This is why we have
established a no-hassle returns policy that allows you to return all
merchandise up to 14 days from the date of your purchase FREE of
charge. After 14 days, we do not accept returns. All merchandise must
meet the guidelines listed below, contain the original, undamaged
packaging and be accompanied with the invoice from your purchase.
All
merchandise must be unworn. Any item returned with signs of wear or
damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will
prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in resalable
condition.
Your return should contain the undamaged box and
original packaging plus any accessories or extras that may have been
included with the shipment.
Returns that do not meet our requirements will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Your Return Returns are always at no cost to you. You can send your return to us by following a few quick steps.
1. Please make sure this merchandise is unworn and follows our guidelines for an acceptable return.
2. Include the invoice in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.
3.
Please explain your reason for return in writing on your invoice. If
you would like an exchange, place another order online. Keep in mind
shipping is free and we will refund you for your return once it is
received.
4. Fill out
your return address information. We recommend that you purchase
delivery confirmation or insurance on your package, especially if your
return is of significant value. Unfortunately, Stacey Lynn Designs
can not be held liable for packages lost in transit. We also cannot
accept COD deliveries. If you have any questions about the status of
your return contact our customer support team.
Please note:
There is no guaranteed delivery date with the return. Upon receipt, we
process your return immediately and send a confirmation email. Please
contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email within 14 days of
your return. After we have issued the return, please allow 48 hours for
your bank to return the funds to your account. It can take a full
credit card cycle before the return appears on your statement.
Exchanges If
you receive an item you feel unsatisfied with and would like to
exchange the item for a different one, there are two different options
for this. The option we recommend is to simply place a new order for
the desired item and return the original merchandise to us. We will
credit your card as soon as it arrives. The other option is to write
the item you wish to exchange the return for on the invoice you include
with your return. Because of the time involved in shipping and
processing your return, we recommend the first option of placing a new
order right away to ensure the item you want is in available. As
stated above, merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging,
and accompanied by the original packing slip.
Defective Merchandise In
the event that you receive defective merchandise, you should report
this within 14 days of your purchase. Please contact us at 404-405-2650
or a customer support representative by email at
info@staceylynndesigns.com. Please note that if your item/items have
been worn, we can only issue a gift certificate in the amount of the
purchase price of the item. Make note of all defects on the invoice
when sending the defective merchandise to us so our qualified customer
support team can be aware of all damages. However, this does not
pertain to items that are the wrong size, color, or style.
Incorrect Merchandise or Items You Didn't Order Please
contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect item in a
shipment, or items were delivered to you (or to your home) that you
didn't order so that we may correct the problem. If you are attempting
to contact us and a customer service representative is unavailable,
please leave a detailed message with your order number, name and a
telephone number so we can quickly return your call.
Gift Returns If
you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please follow the
guidelines and instructions above for making a return. The gift
purchaser will be refunded the amount of the returned items.
Missing Invoice In
the event that you are missing your original invoice slip please go to
My Account and print out the corresponding invoice to the merchandise
being returned. Circle or mark the item(s) you are returning, write in
your reason for return, and include the invoice with your return.
